Our Campaign Management team in Berlin is responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of tailor-made advertising campaigns. Working closely with clients and various internal teams, we ensure that campaign goals are achieved and expectations are exceeded. Our Integration Management team supports our operations, campaign and sales managers in the technical implementation of campaigns and ensures comprehensive internal and external documentation. As the first point of contact for the P&D departments, we support the conception of new initiatives and train teams in the use of new and existing tools. We work on complex products within our production system, create detailed analyses and reports and manage all projects on the German and French markets. We also support customer onboarding and attach great importance to a modern, structured way of working to ensure the highest quality and efficiency.

Seamless processes, sound analyses: Sales Operations at bonial

At bonial, Sales Operations is responsible for the entire quote-to-cash process. This process includes all steps from contract creation and invoicing to the analysis of sales and turnover data. Sales Operations acts as a central interface between the Sales, Fulfillment, Finance, and Legal departments in order to optimally fulfill customer requirements and ensure their implementation.

In cooperation with the legal department, we draw up complex framework agreements and continuously support the sales staff in creating contract offers in the booking system. We check the structure of these offers and approve them. We also monitor the entire process in accordance with the sales order policy and regularly adapt it to current market conditions.

Our team carries out the invoice runs, clarifies customer-specific questions about invoices, monitors incoming payments and processes the dunning process.

Based on the structured contract data, we develop dashboards and analyze sales and turnover data from various perspectives. We make these findings available to management, finance and sales to support well-founded decisions.
